Knox County R-I School District Chooses Bond Architects

Knox County R-I School District’s amazing student-run School Bus Cafe!

Bond Architects is pleased to announce that we have been selected to work with Knox County R-I School District on projects related to their recent Proposition KIDS bond issue. Proposition KIDS successfully passed this April, which means we are ready to go!

We will be working to implement the projects outlined in Knox County R-I School District’s Facility Master Plan, originally completed in 2022 by another firm.. The Master Plan outlines five years of facility upgrades and capital improvements.

The first round of projects Bond Architects will be working on include:

• Restoring original clerestory windows in cafeteria and library

•  Restroom renovations

•  Upgrades to walk-in freezer and cooler

Bond Architects is excited to work with NAVIGATE Building Solutions (Owner’s Representative), CASE Engineering (MEP/FP Engineering, Structural Engineering) and Cole Engineering (Civil Engineering) on this slate of projects. We can’t wait to share updates with you!
