Trauma-Informed Design Presentation at “Next Generation Campus” Higher Education Summit

Principal Susan Pruchnicki, FAIA LEED AP ID+C, will be giving a presentation on Trauma-Informed Design at P.O.E's "Next Generation Campus" event on April 26.

Trauma-Informed Design is a movement in architecture and design recognizing the psychological impact of the built environment. Practitioners of trauma-informed design integrate insights from neuroscience, sociology, and cultural awareness to create spaces that feel safe, calming, and inclusive.

This presentation will cover the core principles of trauma-informed design, and how Bond Architects has applied these principles to real-world projects. Attendees will come away with ideas for using trauma-informed design to help students manage stress and achieve success.
