Congratulations Michelle Wells: FOCUS St. Louis Women in Leadership Graduate!
Bond Architects is pleased to announce that Michelle Wells, one of our Principals, is an official graduate of FOCUS St. Louis’s Women in Leadership Spring 2024 Cohort. We’re proud of her achievement, and her ongoing dedication to supporting women as leaders in the AEC industry.
Women In Leadership (WIL) is a program from FOCUS St. Louis which offers women the opportunity to refine their leadership competencies, learn more about their community, and connect with other women from diverse backgrounds.
Michelle is very excited about the mentoring and professional development exercises she participated in during WIL, and is eager to bring some of the skills she learned to staff development here at Bond Architects.
