Spring 2024 Ballot Initiatives Passed

Bond Architects is pleased to announce that all three ballot initiatives our team was involved with this Spring passed yesterday! Our pre-referendum design services for these initiatives included architectural design and renderings.

  • Crestwood Prop A: “Shall the City of Crestwood, Missouri, issue its general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed $ 33,340,000 for the purpose of constructing, furnishing and equipping a new community center, renovating existing recreation facilities, and undertaking other park and recreation improvements in and adjacent to City of Crestwood parks?” (more here)

  • Spring Bluff School District Prop C.A.R.E.: “The Spring Bluff R-XV School District is asking voters to consider a $3.1 million no-tax rate increase bond on the April 2024 ballot. The no tax rate increase bond will allow the District to address the needs for safety and security improvements and facility upgrades including: drilling a new well, replacing all exterior doors, replacing windows, kitchen and cafeteria renovations, LED lighting, and HVAC system upgrade, big gym renovation, and other improvements as the budget allows.” (more here)

  • Osage County School District Prop W: “Shall Osage County R-II School District issue its general obligation bonds in the amount of $9,500,000 for the purpose of acquiring, constructing, improving, repairing, renovating, furnishing and equipping school facilities and sites, in order of priority: Safety and security improvements at the Elementary School; Construction of a building that allows for the removal of Middle School students from the fieldhouse basement; Installation of a cooling system at the Fieldhouse; Site improvements of District driveways and parking lots; Upgrades to playground equipment at the Elementary School; Improvements to athletic facilities; Acquisition of property currently leased by the District.”
