Bond Architects worked with the Kirkwood School District on the renovations and additions to Nipher Middle School. A new 18,600 SF three-story wing was designed to include an unfinished ground floor along with a first-floor addition with restrooms and elective classrooms with a connector corridor. This new addition needed to match the historic architecture of the existing wing on the other side of the building.
