The Hi-Hat Lounge wanted to renovate an existing masonry structure in the Soulard historic district for their new bar and restaurant. Bond Architects was brought on to change the building's layout for the Hi-Hat's needs.

Our remodel of the Hi-Hat Lounge delivered a new floor plan for the second floor, including the removal of a load-bearing wall. There were also repairs to the flooring and ceiling.
